You can return the product within 30 days.
However, the product must be in new, unused and complete condition for us to accept the return.

How can I return a product?

1. Complete the returns form, providing your order number.
2. You will receive an email with a link to your return label.
3. Send the parcel
4. After receiving the parcel, we will process the refund.

Do I pay shipping costs for returns?

Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
This allows us to maintain attractive product prices. Full details can be found in our returns policy.

How do I get my refund?

We will process your refund immediately after receiving and inspecting your returned product. Your refund will be processed via the same payment method used for your purchase.

Complaint

In the event of a complaint, the shipping costs are covered by us.
After submitting your return, you will receive instructions and a label for free return of the product.

Change your name, surname or email address

Change of delivery address

You can change the address yourself in your customer account in the Addresses tab – it will be used for future orders.

Forgot your password?

No problem! Enter your email address in the login section and you'll receive a one-time login code.

How can I delete my customer account?

To delete your account, please contact us directly.

Account deletion will only be possible when:

  • all debts will be settled,
  • you will receive all refunds due,
  • the gift card balance on the account is 0,
  • no order is being shipped.

If any of these conditions are not met, please resolve any open issues first. Please be patient with any pending returns or shipments.
